Description
Located in Deer Creek Valley on County Road 43 and dates back to 1890. Began as sheep ranch and consisted of 5,000 acres. Channing Sweet, whose father William Sweet was governor of Colorado from 1923 to 1925, lived on the ranch from about 1922 to 1925. Ranch now has 10 acres.
