Description

Nine page document entitled: "-Fairplay- 'Why the Burro Capitol'?" Note on page nine: "Printed - 1957, Summer Tourist Edition, Park County Republican and Fairplay Flume newspaper." Included is a one page poem entitled: "Me and Prunes."

Victor Baker's name is scrawled on both papers, which seems to suggest authorship, but in the South Park City Museum there is a copy of "Me and Prunes" that is credited as having been written by Rupe Sherwood. Both versions are almost identical, yet have small differences in syntax.
